CAPITEC DOESN'T CARE

I sent an email today saying I'm still waiting hours later I get an sms saying they are still reviewing my claim they will get back to me on 13/12/2024 that's not good enough if that's how they do business . They say claim takes 48 hours or up to 14days but now from 6 Nov till 13 Dec it's way too much I think they are inconsiderate. Then they are not good enough for us black Africans because we don't keep someone who died by accident for more than two weeks. I've got a sister who's got policies at Capitec now she's not sure after the situation I'm in, I'm the beneficiary he was the main member so why take so long it means you are telling lies to ppl I was surprised that consultants have no access on calling the claims office only theanager. Thursday I was told to wait for 3 hours till today nothing.
