Capitec does not want to reverse my money

On the 27th of July I mistakenly sent R450 to someone's account. I was meant to do a cash send,I went to the branch at Balfour Park Mall the money was reversed but until todat the money has not reflected to my account. When I go to the branch I keep getting stories of why my money has not reflected to my account yet.

I am even thinking of canceling that back account and canceling the funeral policy I have with them because it's clear u they are ****mers.

How can can they say my R450 is just hanging somewhere? Capitec is a bull**** bank honestly
