capitec does not wana release my money that rightfully belong to me.

i have a stop status on my account at capitec, i sent everything i should and what they asked for now they not responding to my text, emails or on anything. where can i report this matter futher, i want my money that i in that bank urgently. my money sitting there ince dec we going on feb now. that money is ment for my kids for school now i have to borow becasue capitec does not wana release my money to me... anyone please help whre an i reort capitec futher.
