Capitec does not value it's loyal clients
I am very disappointed at Capitec bank, I have been a loyal customer since 2009. I have recently been cleared from debt review and app**** for a personal loan from Capitec. Capitec tells me I have to wait 3 months. I app**** at African Bank and African Bank offered me a loan. Why should I keep banking with Capitec? I really have no reason at this point if they cannot be loyal to their loyal clients.
