Capitec does not understand client needs

Capitec does not cater for the elderly that battle with technology. If you or someone you are assisting someone who battles to keep up with technology, suggest you look at other banks. The Capitec app randomly forces you to take selfies and I was told by Waterstone Branch that this is how it works, take it or leave it. My 86 yr old mother in law cannot get this right. Really surprises me as elderly people often have money they are looking to invest and so you would think Capitec would cater for them.
