Capitec does not speek or assist there clients.

Capitec is not giving feedback to customers- My complaint was raised on the 02 April 2024 Complaint Number ***0 and i still have not have had any feedback when you call the ***** line they cant give you awnsers and say the investigater will call you back. No one ever calls you back my ***** case is still open and i have not had any feedback. My funds have been secured in the capitec account but no one can tell me when i will be getting my money back. this case has been ongoing since 23 February 2024. Case Ref number ***. It has now been 48 days or 34 busniss days and no Money or Feedback.
