Capitec does not resolve queries, they just pretend that they will

In the last week I have been struggling to make an online payment from my Capitec account. I have jumped through hoops and waited an unprofessional amount of time for my problems to be resolved. I have received four emails from a complaints officer - the same one every time - promising to resolve my query as fast as possible, stating that they are dedicated to helping me. The last of these 4 emails promised that someone would call me within two hours of having received the email. My problem is not resolved, I did not receive the promised call. Soon I will be emptying and then closing my account.
