Capitec does not provide full information

When it comes to claiming from your unemployment insurance against your credit products, Capitec does not provide you with the full and correct information. Even after you receive notice that your claim was approved, they still take action against you claiming it was your fault for not following the steps (none of which is explained to you or communicated to you). They then delay the communication process further.
