Capitec does not pay lotto winnings, PATHETIC!!!

Please note that the 72 hour turn around time is not adhered to when it comes to lotto winnings, it might be a small amount but you are taking R1.00 or R1.50 for every ticket, i've seen complaints on hello peter regarding this as well, where you would refer clients to the lotto operator. That's not on. Pay the small amount of my lotto winnings and you take it up with ITHUBA!!! This is not the 1st time, it happend to me twice now, Pay my lotto winnings.. really pathetic!!!
