Capitec does not pay lotto winnings intoy your account

This is the second time now. I played lotto on the Capitec app but still waiting on winnings to be paid into my account. Last time I had to go into the branch to claim winnings and it took a whole 2 weeks for matter to be resolved. My question is... If you do not check your winning numbers yourself Capitec will not let you know that you have won, hench I m still waiting for my winnings to be paid from last week. I will not go to the branch again because I didn't play at the branch mxm. Now just go and beg for money I won! Why do you have the lotto app then... I read here that the same thing happened to other customers as well
