Capitec does not pay Lotto winnings

I have been playing lotto viathe Capitec banking app and have noticed that small winnings are not being paid. A few occasions now that this has happened. So I will no longer be playing via this bank. I have found that Tyme Bank is more trustworthy.

Shocker though, what happens if you actually win the lottery? Would they just take this too?
