Capitec does not help their clients with ***** cases

On Sundat 07/06/2026 i went to the Capitec Branch ATM ( Bogainvaille Shopping Centre) and my card was taken by the machine, i was approached by a man whom i thought was security only to discover i was ****med and monies R10, 000.00 was taken from my account. I opened a case at the Hercules Police Station 83/06/2026 and reported the incident to Capitec ***** Department of which i was told i must just accept being R10,000.00 out of pocket. My card was not found at the branch. The worst bank ever there is a current pending amount of R5000.00 that they are telling me cannot be stopped.
