Capitec does not give clear feedback why their applicants are unsuccesful

I app**** for a credit card and gave them everything they wanted. I waited and got no feedback. Then I got a random sms telling me that my application was unsuccessful. They didn't indicate why and I found that my name is clean with zero judgements against my name. I feel I deserve a clear answer why
