Capitec - Does not fix errors in bank entered beneficiaries. Client cannot pay bills

UPDATE: I was told to go to the branch to let them make a "work around" to pay my Crit card. The consultant entered my payment on a future date. The payment duly was paid to Standard Bank. But now the money has been returned to my account. Standard Bank is now charging me late fees and interest.

The problem: I have a self-entered beneficiary that is Standard Bank which I have used for many years (since I opened my account) to pay my Standard Bank credit card every month. I use online banking to do this. Last month when I selected this beneficiary to make a future dated payment, the system said that Capitec had a registered beneficiary and that I had to use it. I am no longer able to use my self-entered beneficiary for Standard Bank. While the drop-down list showed “Standard Bank Mastercard” as a beneficiary, it was not possible to use this. I get an error message and I am logged out of internet banking. If I try to add “Standard Bank Mastercard”, the Capitec registered beneficiary list show numerous Standard Bank accounts but NOT one for “Standard Bank Mastercard”. Therefore I cannot pay my Standard Bank credit card. To make it simple: I have used a self-entered beneficiary to pay my Standard Bank credit card. Capitec has now entered multiple Standard Bank accounts as registered beneficiaries. I am now forced to use a registered beneficiary. I cannot use my self-entered beneficiary to pay my Standard Bank credit card every month. But Capitec has NOT entered a “Standard Bank Mastercard” beneficiary that I can select to use to pay my credit card. Therefore I cannot pay my Standard Bank credit card.
