Capitec does not care about their clients and treats them like *********

I posted last week about my account being suspended and guess what, it's still suspended. I have not received any help. I've been told lies and being fed empty promises. My business has stopped because of Capitec, I haven't paid my monthly commitments, school fees, rent all my essentials. All I'm being told by Capitec are lies. I don't know how many times I have been to the branch, they also cannot help. I honestly don't know what to do now but I feel Capitec doesn't care about it's clients and treats them like *********, my life is at a standstill because of Capitec. I can't do anything all my money is in my blocked account.
