CAPITEC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE BEING ****MED

Capitec refuses to reimburse money that was ****** out of my account from an online ******** site that gives a free 14-day trail, but then never cancels your subscription ( Usenet.nl) After Waiting more than a month they finally contacted me back telling me they will not be giving the money back since they do not have enough information( yet I sent them all the cancelation emails and account details). The False debit order was NOT YET DEDUCTED and they just had to stop it before it went through, but they took a MONTH to start their investigation, in which time obviously the debit order went through, now that the ******** have deducted the money, Capitec only responds by saying " sorry about the long delay and sorry that they could not settle the dispute"
