Capitec does not care about clients.

Capitec Bank clearly does not care about their customers. I have multiple loans with Capitec Bank and due to the lockdown, I haven't received my salary and UIF hasn't paid out. During the course of May 2020, I went to Capitec bank in order to make arrangements with regards to the 2 loans I have. The arrangements were made because Capitec does not offer payment holidays. Now Capitec keep on sending me SMS's, stating that I'm in arrears because I have not paid one of the loans. I do not understand because the arrangements were made, even though the said arrangements were detrimental to me because I was told that I won't be able to make any loan for a period of 3 months and my instalment would increase due to the arrangements that were made. I'm uphauled by this as we all are aware of the situation with Covid-19. Even though the repo rate went down a couple of times, my loan repayment remained the same and Capitec does not care about how their customers are going to get through this crisis created by Covid-19. I'm changing my bank soon. This Capitec are loan sharks more than a respectable financial institution.
