CAPITEC DOES NNOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT R1500

good day i have an account by capitec right, i opened another account and stopped using the capitec account but i did not close it.ever since i stopped using it i didnt receive any calls or sms`s from capitec bank. as time passed my aunt send money to my capitec account so i went in the back trying to replace the card as mine expired. i got there and they told me the account is stopped. i asked they what about the money and can they give me a reason for this stop, they could not. i left. i went the second time and still they could not give me the reason for this stopped account. they asked about amounts that was deposited into the account in 2021, i need to give proof of this transactions and stuff, mind you i cannot even get a statement from this account to see who deposited when. then they said i must bring an affidavit to state i dont recall this transactions, i did that, mind you this is now my 3rd time going to this bank on my expence. they sibmitted the affidavit. today 17/01/2025 i get an email saying it will remain blocked and they will close it, what about my money in the bank, 1500 is there just chilling. i am very very dissapointed in capitec bank. they never once phoned me to say look this is happening on your account can you please come in and explian or bring proof of deposits nothing, now they tdont wana give my money.. what should i do now, they want me to recall deposits that happened in 2021, just imagine 4 years later i must know... i want my money capitec bank i wont rest untill i have it. and every time i go thre to try and get my money the concultants are so RUDE, VERY RUDE,,,, CAPITEC BANK I WANT MY MONEY
