Capitec! dissapointing fustrating poor service providing to renew license disc(s)

How can you provide a service like this license disc renewing if you (CAPITEC) Is using such unreliable couriers as Brima Logistics??? Then we your clients of capitec has to struggle with unrealiable couriers that Capitec decide to use. I am ao dissapointed with Capitec for this, i can not get hold of their courier Brima Logistics for any answers, i feel it is very undair that they provide this service and we pay them for this service and then just say you have to contact the couriers that they use???? How is this fair? How can it take them (Brima Logistics) 3days to deliver my parcel? The last 3days between 7/8o'clock i receive sms that state that my parcel will be delivered that day... for the last 3days!!!!????

Capitec please sort this out asap we need to work to provide for our children we can not sit and wait for this dissapointing fustrating poor service.
