Capitec Discriminate clients

Capitec bank failed me as the client of many years with them, treated me like I do not matter. Follow up from the so called region manager who was speaking while I was speaking no sense of why she called. Natasha Williams was the only processional person I spoke to from capitec the rest were rude and defensive. You should just close down if you just take business from clients and do not consider them. I was told my complaint will be withdrawn while the late who discriminated me together with her cheer leader who is a region manager continue to live the rest of their lives with out being humiliated and ****** off integrity.
