Capitec discrimates against disabled people.

When my elderly mother opened her account we asked for full power of attorney and was told that it had been granted.

My mom is now pretty much bedridden and I have been into a branch trying to resolve various issues after she had knee atolem out of her account. This is what I have been told 1. I cannot stop her bank card that is lost. She has to do that in person. 2. I cannot activate sms notifications- someone has ****** out of her account and this went on for a month but she must go into the branch in person to make this activation 3. Her banking app has been deactivated because of a change in cell phones. The only way this can be activated is if she is there in person.

Today on my fourth visit I am told that I must go to the magistrates court to get a power of attorney. So what does this mean? Must I get a notarized power of attorney or actually apply to have my mother declared ***********?
