Capitec discounts

They advertised a discount for Capitec Account holders for Greyhound bus tickets, tried buying the ticket online but the payment couldn't go through. I called Greyhound and I was advised to go to the nearest outlet, I tried Shoprite in Parow and there was no option for Capitec discounts. I changed to Checkers in N1 mall still the same story. Finally bought my ticket at Checkers using my Capitec card and there was still no discount, I paid the full price.
