Capitec disc renewal

Never ever try renewing your license disc with capitec this is nonsense really, it's been over a month now I still haven't received my lisence disc which was fully paid for, I called about 5 times they keep telling me that they will look the matter up and get back to me but still nothing is done, how am I expected to go around with an expired disc while I was told I'll get it between 3 to 7 working does, the last agent named Zaza was even rude telling they is nothing she can do or help me, capitec ke nonsense they don't take us serious, do it at ur own risk because they don't even wanna refund
