This would be my second review of a capitec branch and I thought I needed to write it. I normally pass through Bethlehem from Qwaqwa on a daily basis and sometimes I do my shopping at Dihlabeng Mall. This then brings me to Capitec Dihlabeng Mall branch.

I have observed over a very long period of time that the staff of this branch excel in customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel you are important, which is really refreshing. To them I just want to say keep it up guys. I should have written this review a while ago but its better late than never.

As a follow up, the last time I was there, I was assisted by Phindile, if I got her name right. She was very friendly and professional in her service
