Very pathetic service ever: I have lost my cousin 4 weeks ago, who was allergly killed in Kraaifontein, He was covered by my aunts and uncles due to our financial state, it was the week where people were getting killed daily in Kraaifontein Wallacedene specifically, some of us could not afford to pay for the funeral cover, now that they had to pay the cover amounts of the deceased they started investigating the family instead of paying out, we then had to go to the loan sharks in order to do that, however, I did not pay out the policies instead we have heard romours that they hired someone from someone to investigate the case, and till today no claim was paid out, furthermore, the person they hiored from someone has been postponing the process till today as from July 2024. I still feel like you guys should always take back the old Funeral isurance companies like Avbob and Old mutual, Capitec failed to bury our cousin.
