Capitec did me dirty yoh

So after my previous review I got contacted by capitec bank immediately and there I was relieved that I'll be getting my money back but till today I have nothing. I provided all the paperwork they asked for but still nothing a whole R1700 gone and I guess it is what it is. Funny thing is they insist I open a bank account they were even trying to get me to switch my salary to them. Thank God I dodged that bullet because wow next thing they debit my whole salary then ask me for proof that they did and still not pay it back. I'm so over this. I'm writing this review so that they along with all those who will read this are aware of how Capitec bank made my life very difficult and stressful this month. I'm hurt more than I am angry. I absolutely regret taking that loan 😭😭😭
