Capitec

This morning when I visited the branch in Bok Street Welkom, I stood outside the door for about 10 minutes. I saw a notice board that said 08:00 not knowing that Wednesday they open at 08:30. When the cleaner come to the door I knocked on the door and the she come out with a attitude. I asked her about the time. She then explained rudely to me that it's Wednesday and they open at 08:30. I have never experience a worker of a company as big as capitec bank to be so rude. My question now is, was this lady rude to all customers visiting this bank or was it just me because she had to assist me with the right time or was it because I am a white person. Or is this lady just rude with all customer no matter the circumstances.
