Capitec deposito machine shutsdown

On 1April me and my husband went to Capitec Atm to bank my money from my one man bussiness! As I put the money into the machine to deposit it just shutdown I phone the no on the Atm immediately after I had to buy airtime 2times in a row-went into the bank next day because bank was already closed at that time I made dep! They gave me a case no a few days later I went back again Then all of asuddenly they repay me a R1000 and still waiting for the outstanding amount of R4000 untill to day the 6Th ofMay I heard nothing from the bank! I was very confused at the moment when the machine shutted down with my hard earning money in it I told the lady to whom I made the call that I would sleep at Atm but assure me that was not neccesary I had 2 plastic moneybags with me that I dep together one was a R1000 and the other R4000 I just want to know what happened to my money my husband were standing by my side and he was just shocked when they paid only a R1000 The bank must have to balance/over balance in this case Where is my Money
