Capitec ***** department useless

On the 28th of Oct I went to the bank as there's a hold on my account because I've been ****med by a lady. Ok give the affidavit to the bank to get a statement of the payments. Went back to the police station to open a theft case against this lady. Ref nr ***. Received my case nr on Saturday afternoon took it to the bank on Monday morning. 48 hours later my account is still on hold. This morning the lady phoned me I need to go bank to the bank as she wants to refund me the money I paid to her. Took the affidavit this morning to the bank ref nr ***. Now again it's 48 hours. I was ****med and ****** from but now I'm struggling to get my account opened. The lady wants to repay me back so that I can drop the theft case against her but we can't get our accounts open. SHE NEEDS HER ACCOUNT OPEN TO REFUND ME, I MEED MY ACCOUNT OPEN TO RECEIVE THE MONEY BACK SO THAT I CAN REPAY MY CLIENTS. BUT ONCE AGAIN CAPITEC IS USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST. I'M ALSO THE VICTUM IN THIS MESS AND NEEDS TO STRUGGLE TO GET MY ACCOUNT OPEN.
