Capitec ***** department
My account was being blocked without informing me or without any legal documentation or court order. Its been 7 days now that i can not draw money for petrol to go to work and struggle to borrow money in order to buy food. Im at the branch everyday and up untill now nobody has called me and they can not even tell me who the investigating officer is. They give me the capitec whatsupp number but that is useless to even tey there aswell. My number is ***.

20 Aug 2024, 18:29Official called me and assured me to get back to me the next day which he didnt. Also said that the 5 business days is over so assured me the account will be unblocked but it wasnt. Capitec is full of empty promises and useless service. Only make contact with their clients as soon as someone exposes their bad service but then still continue their bad service
