Capitec ***** department

I logged a fr….dulent activity on my Capitec account in may I was advised to open a case and bring them the affidavit, which did last week Wednesday I went to one of their branch, the consultant just told me that it will take long on such case and I asked how long? Initially they said 3 weeks but still I haven’t got assisted.
