Capitec deducts money without permission leaves people broke

Capitec loan department went and debited money off my account without my permission. I was unemployed last year they withdrew themselves from debt review. It was not like they were not getting any payments as they was an insurance policy that paid them for a couple of months. I managed to find work but my pay a lot less than what I was previously earning I am still trying to just keep a roof over my head and food on my table for my family. I am a single parent no family support no friends who helped me financially. So on the 24/01/2025 my ex paid my maintenance money into my Capitec account and Capitec loans department debited R1663.00 from my maintenance. Without my permission and now I am unable to feed my child who that money is meant for, I can’t reverse the payment either as how do I convince Capitec to give my money back or part of my payment at least. You sending me final demands and threatening letters so you just take maintenance money meant for my child, court ordered maintenance to be paid to look after a child. Capitec you are disgusting robbing single mothers and children from their food.
