Capitec deducting interest despite debt review agreement in place

Credit card was negotiated under debt review, yet capitec has been deducting interest amounts that should not be deducted hence resulting in capital amount increasing. URGENTLY CORRECT THIS AND REALLOCATE THE MONEY THAT HAD BEEN PAID TO THE DEBT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
