Capitec deducting as they want!

I had a ******* deduction off of my account today. I don't have a funeral policy with capitec and yet they deducted nearly R300. I'm taking this further if it is not resolved. I will go to social media and expose this type of nonsense. R300 IS ALOT OF MONEY!
