Capitec deceased bad process

I am so unhappy. I was assigned by the Master of the court to get a statement for my deceased Aunt and I have just been told i must wait 7 working days. I think this is so wrong as I have everything certified even from the courts giving me permission and it should just be about to be printed in bank there and there. I went to two other Baks who assisted me and I went on my way. I am not changing anything but wanting it to declare. Wongie in store was so sweet but as she said process is process... Well it's a silly process.. What can be done Capitec? My Ref is ***. I am not impressed with you... This is already a sad situation and you have made it worse by prolonging something that could be done so quickly.
