Capitec Debt Review Department ******

Capitec bank debt review department I've finished up paying my credit card on the 21st of october 2022 last year then I got my paid up letter on the 30th of december 2022 when I check on credit check this account still state as unpaid and it is really destroying my credit score I've been sending emails regarding this issue and no answer at all it is really annoying to ask for one thing every time can i be cleared on ITC because i don't owe anything.
