CAPITEC!! DEBT REVIEW😡

I have spent over a month trying to get paid up letters for loans I had under debt review with Capitec. I called their call center and was transferred over 7 times and got NO assistance. I have emailed the CCS debt review email address more times than I can recall, all I ever get is automated responses. Does anyone actually work at Capitec? Am I supposed to get a special letter from the president in order for me to get the assistance I need. I have paid up my loans, I just need the paid up letters so I can officially clear my name from debt review and have my life start over!!! Is that too much to ask
