Capitec Debt Prescription
I took out a loan with Capitec in 2012, I then lost my job in 2017, which is the last time I managed to pay. I have been receiving calls from a company called MBD which I never entered a payment agreement with, claiming that they bought my account from Capitec. As far as I know, the debt should have been prescribed by now. Please assist.
