Capitec debited twice from two different accounts

I was debited twice for my loan repayment. I had an agreement that they will debit from the account I receive my salary from, which is not Capitec. To my surprise Capitec debited my Capitec account a day before the debit date and the next day they debited the other account they were suppose to debit from in. I am frustrated because this is the first time it has happened. When I check the statement it says adjustment:collection. What the hell is that?????
