Capitec debited account twice
Capitec debited twice from my account this morning. The first debit order for the term loan installment was debited on the 29th of May 2021. And yet another debit order went through today again on the 3rd of June 2021 for the same amount.
I don’t understand why this happened, and this is the second time capitec has pulled this stunt. I hope this will be sorted and i get my refund back as soon as possible.
