Capitec Debit Order **** - Undisputable!

Good day,

A debit order of R175 went through into my account as LegalCov. Apparently it can not be reversed as per the Capitec Consultant I spoke with. How can this be allowed when you have a debicheck facility. And also, how is it possible that you are unable to track where the money is going and as such, blocking the companys access to your clients. Please assist as I need my R175 back.
