Capitec debit order

I have a funeral cover with Capitec and I tried to cancel the debit order but it seems like my account is still debited. My reason for cancelling the debit order is because I cancelled their funeral cover and I cannot make ends meet. In store the debit order is cancelled but on the app it's not cancelled.
