Capitec customer service line ***has poor service

I received a cash send from my brother via Capitec. So I received the C number and my brother send the code. However when I tried to withdraw the money I get an error that says voucher cannot be redeemed. Called through to the call centre on ***and a lady by the name of Flora answers and drops the call. So I called again and guess who answers? Flora. I tell her my query and then she just drops the call. Poor service. Call avoidance as it's called in the call centre.
