Capitec Customer Service 0/10

I, a Capitec Client, made an incorrect Payment to a Standard Bank Account Holder, to the amount of R13500. Contacting my bank, they simply say there's nothing they can do, and it's in my hands to contact the recipient. I explained that I don't have contact details of the account holder, yet they simply refuse to assist in any way..
