Capitec customer care is a joke.
Terrible customer care. Bought electricity through the app. Non of it ever came through I contacted "customer care" who sends me random numbers that never work, then BOOM no answer "typical Capitec" for 3 days now and counting . AND u charged me per sms, but nothing comes thru. Your customer care is a joke.
