Capitec ********* *****ing my money

I've heard enough of Capitec Bank. Every month my salary comes in, there are people debiting an amount of R99 from my account. When I use an app or go to the branch to reverse it, Capitec Bank is benefiting from that. Where does these people get my details from if this isn't done by Capitec Bank employees? Why if I reverse and stop them from debiting Capitec Bank doesn't stop them for good? I'm not the only one going through this and this is just happening in Capitec Bank. I want this to stop or else I'll have to cancel my bank account with Capitec Bank and make use of the other service provider. I want someone to give me a call and tell me this is going to stop.
