Capitec credit rating incorrect and not outdated

I have been monitoring my credit rating since August 2018 and it stays on weak. The funny thing is that my recent Compuscan credit report dated 10 June 2019 reflects an average 637 score. How is this possible that Capitec does not update their scoring according to Compuscan, the credit bureau that they actually use if Capitec claim to do weekly updates. Misleading and this paints a bad picture. I regret closing my previous Nedbank account which I have banked with for 16 years and I am considering going back to Nedbank.
