Capitec Credit Insurance is a ****!!!

I was retrenched end of August 2020, I notified Capitec and they asked me to send all necessary documents proving my retrenchment, I sent all the documents they requested to claim for Credit Insurance. since I have been paying my Unemployment Insurance Credit insurance since taking my Credit Card and also when I took my loan.

When I called end of November I was told the matter was referred to the Insurance they have not received feedback and I must call again on the 30th of December 2020, when I called on the 31st of December(Call ***), I was now told there is no turn around time and also today (call ***) they say the matter is still with insurance, This is 4Months Later, on the other hand Capitec Collections continues to call me asking that I make payments, they say I must use the Little UIF money to repay the loan and a credit card that I have insurance for and Capitec is continuing to list me as a non payer on Transunion..

I am disappointed that when taking Credit I am advised to take the insurance but when the time of need comes they are no where to be found... @Capitec can you please urgently resolve this matter?
