Capitec credit insurance drama always issues when suppose to settle claim

Good day Credit card issue.. I have submitted and insurance claim with capitec Bank after submitting the retrenchment forms.. They only paying a certain amount of r18600 nt setting the balance.. BUT when paying fr insurance no one tels u when is time fr payment with their partners or friends Guardrisk the Wil be issues.. I must make a arrangement to pay the balance and they Capitec stil add interest even if the credit card is not used don't understand this Bank

Very unhappy with the capitec service.. Worst service to chase after paying fr insurance at the time to claim fr settlement they have stupid issues.. Send emails to the complaints and customer care no one respond is better I seek help at Insurance abundsman.. This capitec is not serous credit card drama acc Cecilia mojaki ***
