Capitec credit insurance bad services *******
I'm so angry and disgusted by capitec credit insurance!!! I just got retrenched and the insurance was approved but they are telling me that I have to make the arrangements to pay them and whether I like it or not they will debit me.... what is the use of the insurance if I still need to pay them and why was it approved? Why can't it pay ? Why do I have to wait for the insurance? The service is really bad ... I'm not working now but they expect me to make means to pay ... this is not fair!!! The insurance must pay right after being approved... I dnt need to make arrangements ...!it must be sorted by the insurance and capitec... I already lost my job I'm frustrated this is the last thing I need...!

20 Jul 2021, 12:59Yesterday I received a call from capitec head office Capetown the lady I spoke to still insist that I need to make an arrangement to pay... for the last time I've been retrenched... I'm unemployed..
What was the whole point of paying the insurance in a first place now that they have to pay they want to take 60 days or more... ridiculous... I'm still waiting for the call from capitec and it's already after 12
